We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, explain products or services, handle queries, and support business growth. Freshers are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.


Explain products, services, and offers to customers.


Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.


Handle customer queries politely and professionally.


Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.


Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
