Job Description
- Make 150+ outbound telecalling calls daily to prospective candidates and leads.
- Counsel and tell candidates on aviation training programs, courses, and career prospects.
- Drive conversions by persuading interested leads to schedule and visit the academy for walk-in.
- Maintain complete daily call records, candidate feedback, and walk-in conversion metrics in the system.
- Follow up with prospective candidates to maximize walk-in footfall and admissions.
Requirements
- Strong english, hindi and marathi verbal communication skills with a clear, persuasive speaking tone.
- Goal-driven attitude with focus on achieving daily calling and walk-in targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or education counseling is preferred.
