Job Title: Female Telecaller / Outbound Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a communicative, self-motivated, and target-driven Female Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, answering customer queries, and driving lead generation or sales conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
• Explain company products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
• Understand customer needs and handle queries or objections effectively.
• Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients to close sales or schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer details, and feedback in the database/CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and sales goals.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (in any field).
• Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and local languages (Basic/Good English is a plus).
• Key Skills:
• Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Polite, patient, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, or CRM software).
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
