About the Role We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller who has excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Convince and persuade customers to take the desired action.
• Follow up with interested leads regularly.
• Generate and maintain leads through calling and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/business development team for further follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

• Eligibility Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
