Niraamay Wellness Center is looking for compassionate, energetic, and communication-skilled individuals to join our team as Patient Care Coordinators (Tele Callers).

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
• Guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth patient assistance
• Listen actively and respond empathetically to patient concerns
• Provide appointment, treatment, and process-related information
• Ensure positive and respectful communication with every patient
• Escalate urgent or serious patient concerns to management when required

Required Skills✔ Excellent Communication Skills (Marathi, Hindi & Basic English)
