Job Overview
We are looking for result-oriented Telecalling Executives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan sourcing. You will specialize in either Auto Loans or Home Loans, serving as the key point of contact between clients, partner banks/NBFCs, and our processing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate quality leads for Auto Loans or Home Loans through field outreach, networking, and direct client interactions.
- Counsel clients on loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Collect required KYC, financial, and property/vehicle documents to ensure complete file submissions.
- Coordinate closely with bank credit/underwriting teams to drive swift approvals and disbursements.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 years of calling experience. Freshers with exceptional sales drive can apply.
- Skills: Strong communication.
