Job Description

• Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make high-volume cold or warm calls to pitch products/services, and handle incoming customer support or inquiry calls.

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential buyers, collect feedback, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

• CRM & Database Management: Update customer profiles, log call outcomes, and maintain accurate records in software platforms.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets.

• Objection Handling: Address customer complaints, explain features or pricing clearly, and maintain a calm, polite demeanor under pressure.
