Job Title: Telecalling / Collections Executive Company: Armeka Pvt Ltd. Location: Chandan Nagar, Pune Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Fixed: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 + Incentives)

Job Overview Armeka Pvt Ltd. is looking for motivated individuals to join our Domestic Outbound Process. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments and assisting them with suitable repayment options. Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO or Collections is a plus.
• Age: 18 to 35 years.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi (Primary). Knowledge of other regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, etc.) is highly valued.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle targets in a professional manner.
• Key Responsibilities
• Contacting customers via outbound calls to inform them of overdue bills.
• Negotiating and setting up suitable payment plans.
• Advising customers on various payment methods and options.
• Utilizing computer systems to handle skip tracing for unreachable customers.
• Achieving daily and monthly recovery targets.
