About Vemigo:

Vemigo is a growing premium car care platform offering professional doorstep car cleaning, detailing, and other automotive services. We are expanding our operations in Pune and looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Calling & Conversion: Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Franchise Lead Follow-up: Connect with prospective franchise partners, explain business opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with the business development team.
• Customer Engagement: Explain Vemigo's services, packages, pricing, and promotional offers to interested customers.
• WhatsApp Communication: Engage with prospects through calls and WhatsApp to share information, quotations, and follow-up messages.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate service bookings, franchise consultations, and meetings with the respective teams.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards daily calling, lead conversion, and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic conversational English is preferred.
• Confident, polite, persuasive, and professional telephone communication.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly and handle customer objections.
• Basic computer skills, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM familiarity.
• Good follow-up discipline, time management, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage.

Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred.
