Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through outbound calls for loan repayment and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Remind customers about pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with overdue customers and encourage timely repayments.
- Handle customer queries related to loan repayment and collection.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update collection status in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Debt Collection / Loan Recovery Calling.
- Language: Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and have good customer-handling skills.
