  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through telecalling, follow-ups and field visits.
  • Handle leads received through IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, website and other sources.
  • Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  • Explain suitable products and services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Visit customers and retailers when required.
  • Give product/software demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.
  • Convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the technical, telemarketing and backend teams.
  • Maintain customer information, follow-ups and sales records.
  • Provide regular feedback regarding customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Candidate ProfileExperience in Sales / Marketing / Telemarketing / Business Development preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
  • Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
  • Confident, energetic and customer-oriented.
  • Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience in IT, software, hardware, retail products, barcode or POS products will be an advantage.
  • For field sales, two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
