Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Sales Pitching: Delivering persuasive presentations of products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Understanding needs, answering questions, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer information.
