Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000/- per month

Experienced candidates: Salary will be based on experience and skills.

About the RoleGolden Pools is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating enquiries, explaining our swimming pool construction and related services, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries.
  • Follow up with existing leads and customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Explain swimming pool construction, renovation, maintenance and related services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
  • Generate and maintain customer leads and follow-up records.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team.
  • Follow up regularly with customers until enquiry conversion.
  • Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
  • Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service.
  • Requirements12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Experience in telesales, telecalling, construction, real estate or related fields will be an advantage.
