Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.
- Prepare regular sales and call reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under sales pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good Hindi/English communication; knowledge of a regional language is an advantage.
- Qualifications12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made.
