Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines related to testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test automation strategies.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and technologies to support end-to-end quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
