Job Title: Video Editor

Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411014

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Fixed)

Age Requirement: 20–35 Years

Gender Preference: Only Male candidates can apply

Education: Graduation or Diploma in a related field is mandatory

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor

Languages Required: Hindi, English, Marathi

Marathi Fluency: Mandatory

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & ProductionEdit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, and After Effects.
• Cut, trim, and arrange clips; add transitions, effects, music, text, and graphics.
• Create videos for:
• Social Media (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• YouTube Videos
• Advertisements and Promotional Videos
• Client Testimonials
• Event Coverage
• Internal Training or Explainer Videos
• Edit videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
• Creative Input & StorytellingContribute creative ideas for video concepts, storytelling, and visual style.
• Ensure videos are engaging, clear, and aligned with the brand tone and communication.
• Audio & Visual EnhancementClean and enhance audio through noise reduction, volume balancing, and syncing.
• Perform basic color correction and color grading.
• Add background music, voiceovers, and sound effects where required.
• Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and logo usage.
• Review and refine videos based on feedback from management/marketing.
• File Management & BackupMaintain proper folders, file naming, and backup of raw footage and final videos.
• Organize a media library for easy access in future projects.
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Knowledge of After Effects / Motion Graphics is an added advantage.
• Good sense of timing, storytelling, visual composition, and music selection.
• Understanding of social media trends, especially Reels/Shorts content.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Must have knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and export settings.
