Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Bibwewadi warehouse. You will be responsible for managing complete fabric inventory (types, colors, quality) and tracking all site movement of materials (inward/outward) to ensure smooth event setup and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabric & Inventory Management:
• Maintain a precise record and stock count of all fabrics categorized by type, color, texture, and quality grade.
• Perform quality checks on incoming fabric lots to identify damage, staining, or defects.

Inward & Outward Tracking:

• Track and document all inward arrivals and outward dispatch of fabrics and hardware/materials going to event sites.
• Inspect returned site materials, categorize them, and ensure prompt re-stocking or repair/cleaning if required.

Daily Dispatch & Resource Planning:

• Plan, organize, and prepare material loads for the next day’s site dispatches based on project schedules.
• Monitor expected site returns and coordinate with transport/site teams for smooth handovers.

Site & Event Equipment Stock Control:

• Keep strict stock counts of additional site materials, tools, and accessories.
• Prevent material shortage or loss through systematic inventory logging (register / software entries).
