MINIMUM 7 Years of experience of managing Service Center ,Preferably two wheeler (ICE) and/or EV industry

We are based in Puri and exclusive dealer of ATHER ENERGY .

Need to deal with Technicians ,Company and should have technical knowledge about Automobiles/Two Wheeler

Job description:

• Manage daily operations of the 2-wheeler service workshop.
• Supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality repairs and minimum repeat complaints.
• Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, spare parts usage, and service revenue.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Ensure proper job card creation, estimates, billing, and service follow-up.
• Drive customer retention, repeat service, AMC/extended warranty, and service campaigns.
• Monitor technician performance, training, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
• Maintain OEM/service standards, safety practices, and workshop cleanliness.
• Prepare daily/weekly service performance reports and take corrective actions.
