Deputy General Manager
Responsibilities
- Regular Monitoring and Responsible for all Business Process Transformation
- Maintain & Recorded all business process transformation activity – Disha
- Implementation and monitoring all system integrated activity – Disha
- Co-ordination with other department for Report preparation.
- Coordinating Business Process Transformation initiatives in TPP with Super Critical Technology.
- Ensuring and validation of all daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS report related to Technical services.
- Short term & Long term maintenance planning and monitoring.
- Involvement in Sustainability Report for External Agency like KPMG.
- Ensure spare & contract availability before overhauling & follow-up.
- Preparing & Monitoring of Spares procurement plan
- Support activities of IMS including internal/external audits as per schedule.
- Organizing sustenance review meeting (PMO) & also tracking of all process compliances & KPI compliances.
- Responsible for preparing and Monitoring IMS documentation.
- Support activities of SMS and CHETNA.
- Daily basis Monitoring of PTW System in SAP
Qualifications
B.Tech- Mech/ Elect/ C&I /Power
