Job Description
DST Executive – Business Loans
Reporting To
Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Source new customers for business loans through field visits, references, cold calling, and market activities.
Generate leads from CA networks, DSA channels, local markets, and existing customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Acquisition
Identify eligible self-employed and business customers.
Conduct basic customer profiling and financial assessment.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and login teams for faster processing.
Ensure customer satisfaction during the loan journey.
Documentation & Process
Ensure proper KYC and income documents are collected.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
Follow company compliance and policy guidelines.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream preferred
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance is an advantage
Experience
Fresher or 1–5 years in:
Business loans
LAP
SME finance
Banking sales
NBFC sales
Field sales
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales and lead generation ability
Knowledge of business loan products
Understanding of basic financial documents
Customer handling and relationship management
Ability to work under sales targets
Field sales and local market networking.
