Job Description
- Regularly check GST Portal for notices, updates and case status.
- Maintain GST notice records and track important deadlines.
- Perform data entry and maintain client records in MS Excel.
- Prepare letters, documents and reports in MS Word.
- Prepare professional fee proposals using standard formats.
- Allot work to team members and follow up on pending tasks.
- Update daily work status in office software.
- Handle documentation, filing and other back-office activities.
- Coordinate with seniors and team members for smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to use different software and online portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
