Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can meet potential clients, generate new business opportunities and help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential businesses and generate new leads through field sales.
• Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing requirements.
• Pitch our digital marketing, social media, Meta & Google Ads, SEO, website and branding services.
• Schedule and attend client meetings across Raipur.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, calling and local networking.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service details with prospects.
• Maintain records of daily visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new local markets and business opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
• Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
• Own two-wheeler, Laptop and valid driving licence preferred.
