Job Summary

Gaurav Builders is looking for an experienced Revenue Advocate to independently handle revenue, land, property, and registry-related legal matters for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle revenue, land, property, and registry-related legal matters.
• Handle matters before Tehsil, Tahsildar, SDM/SDO, Collector, and other revenue authorities.
• Manage matters related to mutation, diversion, demarcation, partition, land records, and ownership.
• Handle property registration/registry-related documentation, legal scrutiny, and proceedings.
• Conduct detailed title and land document verification and identify potential legal issues.
• Handle land disputes, objections, notices, claims, and revenue proceedings.
• Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, property transactions, and real estate development projects.
• Coordinate and represent the organization before relevant government and revenue authorities.
• Liaise with internal teams, government officials, and other legal professionals as required.
• Ensure proper compliance with applicable land, revenue, property, and registration laws.

Eligibility & Experience

• LL.B. degree with valid Bar Council enrollment.
• Minimum 5years of relevant experience in Revenue, Land, Property, and Registry matters.
• Strong practical knowledge of Chhattisgarh revenue procedures and land laws.
• Proven experience in handling matters before Tehsil, SDM/SDO, Collectorate, and other revenue authorities.
• Strong expertise in land records, title verification, property documentation, and registration matters.
• Experience with a real estate/builder organization will be highly preferred.
• Strong legal drafting, documentation, negotiation, and case-handling skills.
