पद: RO Machine Technician
कार्य क्षेत्र: RO Installation, Service & Maintenance
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ग्राहकों के घर, ऑफिस एवं दुकानों में RO मशीन की Installation और Fitting करना।
- RO मशीन की Service, Repair एवं Maintenance करना।
- Filter, Membrane, Pump, SMPS, UV/UF एवं अन्य RO Parts की जांच और आवश्यकता अनुसार Replacement करना।
- ग्राहकों की Service Requests को समय पर पूरा करना।
- RO मशीन में आने वाली Technical Problems की पहचान करके सही समाधान देना।
- Rental/Subscription पर लगी RO Machines की नियमित Service एवं Maintenance करना।
- प्रत्येक Service/Installation का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना।
- ग्राहक से अच्छे व्यवहार के साथ Professional Service प्रदान करना।
- कंपनी के Service Standards और Safety Guidelines का पालन करना।
- आवश्यक योग्यता:RO Technician का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता।
- RO Installation एवं Repairing की अच्छी जानकारी।
- Fresher उम्मीदवार जिनको RO Technician का Basic Knowledge है, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- Field में जाकर काम करने की क्षमता।
- समय की पाबंदी और ग्राहक सेवा की अच्छी समझ।
नौकरी का उद्देश्य:Aquaocean Pvt Ltd के Rental/Subscription ग्राहकों को तेज, भरोसेमंद और गुणवत्तापूर्ण RO Installation एवं Service उपलब्ध कराना।
