Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients and help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, online research, references and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Pitch our digital marketing, social media, advertising, SEO, website and branding services.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, both online and offline.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service details with prospects.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales progress.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand services and client requirements.
• Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Explore new markets, businesses and opportunities for client acquisition.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and client meetings.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
