• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and estimates.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress, material requirements, manpower, and site activities.
• Conduct measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurement records, and project documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and applicable construction standards.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Participate in inspections, testing, and handover activities.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
