Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, maintain records, handle data entry, and support office administration. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
2. Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets and reports.
3. Handle MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Maintain digital and physical files and documentation.
5. Manage emails, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
6. Maintain company databases and update information regularly.
7. Prepare invoices, reports, and other office documents as required.
8. Ensure proper filing and data management.
9. Coordinate with different departments for documentation and reporting.
10. Perform other computer-related administrative tasks as assigned.

• Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

• Good typing speed with accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily office operations.
