About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage digital marketing activities for our advertising and media company and its clients.

The candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, growing social media presence, generating leads, improving brand visibility, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring measurable business results.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, lead generation, and digital campaign management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities, trends, tools, and platforms.
• Develop strategies for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets, ad copies, and creative requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of client/company spends.
• Social Media MarketingDevelop and execute social media strategies for the company and clients.
• Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for posts, reels, videos, graphics, and campaigns.
• Prepare social media calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, reach, and brand sentiment.
• Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new content formats.
• SEO & Website MarketingDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Work with web developers and content teams to improve website performance and user experience.
• Content MarketingDevelop content strategies for websites, social media, blogs, advertisements, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
