Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Panel
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell solar panel systems. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Identify potential customers interested in solar panel installations.
Explain solar products, pricing, benefits, and installation processes.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits as required.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 0–6 months of experience in sales (solar industry experience preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
Basic knowledge of solar energy products is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience
