Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing sales to achieve business targets. This role involves traveling to customer locations, building relationships, and promoting products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits

2.Meet potential and existing customers to present products/services

3.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

4.Build and maintain strong customer relationships

5.Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity

6.Negotiate deals and close sales effectively

7.Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

8.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

9.Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in field sales or similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate and close deals

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Willingness to travel frequently

Working Conditions:
