Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture design. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating designs and layouts, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the production and installation teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients and understand their design, space, and functional requirements.
• Create innovative designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and complete interiors.
• Prepare 2D/3D layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
• Take accurate site measurements and prepare designs accordingly.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates for projects.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, hardware, colors, and accessories.
• Present designs and concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback.
• Coordinate with carpenters, vendors, production teams, and installation teams.
• Monitor projects to ensure designs are executed accurately and on time.
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, and modular furniture solutions.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of measurements, materials, hardware, and finishes.
• Good understanding of space planning and furniture detailing.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare quotations and understand project costing.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
