Marketing Executive

About the RoleUpalaksh Job Recruitment is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our recruitment services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with companies and potential clients.

The role will involve B2B marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, networking, market research, and promotion of recruitment services. Strong communication and relationship-building are especially important for this role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach companies with hiring/recruitment requirements.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Promote Upalaksh Job Recruitment's recruitment and staffing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Schedule meetings with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new companies, industries, and potential clients.
• Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, meetings, leads, conversions, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent client service.
