Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced North Indian All-Rounder Cook who can independently manage daily kitchen operations and prepare a wide variety of authentic North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, knowledge of kitchen management, food hygiene, and the ability to maintain consistent food quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Independently manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Maintain food quality, taste, consistency and presentation.
• Manage kitchen ingredients, inventory and stock requirements.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
• Handle overall kitchen responsibilities independently.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience as a Cook / All-Rounder Cook.
• Strong expertise in North Indian cuisine.
• Hands-on experience preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Ability to independently manage kitchen operations.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety and kitchen management.
• Experience in ingredient management, stock handling and minimizing wastage.
• Willingness to relocate/work in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
