Office Manager
- Role: Keeps the workplace running smoothly, organized, and fully operational day to day.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Facilities & Supplies: Oversee building maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and restock office inventory.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external service providers, suppliers, and couriers; negotiate basic costs.
- Admin & Records: Manage office billing, petty cash logs, invoices, and physical/digital filing.
- HR & Logistics: Coordinate new hire setups, track attendance/leave, and plan company events or travel.
- Front Desk: Supervise office support staff and handle primary correspondence.
- Key Requirements: 2–4+ years in administration or facilities; strong organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
