Job Description
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization, stocking necessary materials
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain office security by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and following safety procedures
• Prepare meeting and training rooms as needed
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, and note-taking
• Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, prepare travel vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and supplies
• Support other administrative staff as needed
