Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years preferred

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for daily sales activities.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary product information.

- Manage sales orders, quotations and documentation.

- Follow up with clients regarding orders and payments.

- Maintain customer databases and sales records.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.

- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.

- Sales coordination and client handling.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Order processing and management.

- Customer relationship management.

- Sales follow-up and lead management.

- Documentation and data entry.

- Email and telephone handling.

- Team coordination and time management.

- Multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Back Office or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
