Sales Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer with experience or knowledge of UPS, Power Backup Solutions, and Electrical Products. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling customers, understanding their power backup requirements, and providing suitable UPS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Generate leads and develop new customers for UPS products.

·      Visit clients and understand their electrical and power backup requirements.

·      Explain UPS specifications, features, applications and benefits.

·      Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical and commercial teams.

·      Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and order closures.

·      Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

·      Achieve monthly sales targets.

·      Coordinate with clients from enquiry to installation and after-sales support.

·      Prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

·      1–3 years of experience in UPS / Inverter / Electrical / Power Electronics Sales preferred.

·      Basic knowledge of UPS, batteries, power backup systems, and electrical concepts.

·      Good communication and negotiation skills.

·      Client handling and product presentation skills.

·      Willingness to travel for customer visits.

·      Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
