Senior Accountant – Job Description

Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or relevant qualification


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
  • Handle Tally Prime, GST, TDS, invoices, ledgers & bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and expense reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
  • Assist with GST/TDS returns, audits and statutory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely reporting.

Key Skills: Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, GST & TDS, financial reporting, reconciliation, taxation and strong analytical skills.
