Service Advisor M/F for Automobile dealership service deptt.

Location: Tatibandh and Mowa Raipur (C.G.)

Education qualifications: Any Graduate, Diploma/Degree in the Mechanical.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year.

Joining: Immediate joining

Salary : 15k to 25k + Incentives

Preferred local candidates.

Required skills:

Ø Presentable.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Four-wheeler driving.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/DMS)

Full Job Description

·      Greet customers when they arrive at the service center and direct them to an available mechanic.

·      Opening the new job card.

·      Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.

·      Answer questions about service outcome (after consulting with mechanic if necessary).

·      Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up.

·      Writes a brief description of the customer’s concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.

·      Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.

·      Handles customer complaints.

·      Schedules service appointments.

·      Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.

·      Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.

·      Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
