Key Responsibilities

1. Shop Staff & Customer Service Duties

• Greet Customers: Welcome shoppers entering the store with a polite and helpful demeanor.

• Sales Support: Explain product features, pricing, and availability to walk-in customers.

• Billing & Payments: Assist with counter sales, process cash/UPI/card transactions, and issue bills or receipts.

• Store Cleanliness: Ensure the front display, counter, and shop floor remain neat, organized, and properly stocked.

2. Receptionist Duties

• Visitor Management: Log visitor details, issue entry/visitor passes, and guide guests to the right person or department.

• Phone & Communication Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, screen queries, route calls, and take accurate messages.

• Mail & Courier: Receive, sort, and dispatch letters, packages, and store deliveries.

3. Computer Operator & Administrative Duties

• Data Entry: Input daily sales, stock movements, and customer records into MS Excel, Google Sheets, or local billing software.

• Inventory Tracking: Update stock registers, monitor low-stock items, and coordinate reorders.

• Record Maintenance: Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage digital files, and maintain backup logs of store transaction
