Job Description –

Solar Panel Installation TechnicianWe are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Panel Installation Technician to install, maintain, and support solar energy systems.

• Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, and related equipment.
• Assist in rooftop and ground-mounted solar system installations.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, and basic electrical connections.
• Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and secure mounting of solar panels.
• Assist with installation of inverters, junction boxes, and other solar components.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Follow electrical and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and installation team members.
• Perform maintenance and repair work when required.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and the work site are properly maintained.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in solar panel installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and solar PV systems.
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
• Knowledge of installation tools and safety equipment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Preferred CandidateExperience: 1–3 years preferred
• Candidates with experience in Solar EPC, electrical installation, or rooftop solar projects will be preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality work.
