Job Description
Make outbound calls to motor insurance customers for policy renewal.
Explain insurance coverage, premium quotations, benefits, and renewal options.
Assist customers throughout the renewal and policy issuance process.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-up calls.
Identify opportunities for additional insurance products and suitable coverage upgrades.
Update customer information, call outcomes, and renewal status in Excel/CRM.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company compliance guidelines.
Submit daily calling, renewal, and customer feedback reports.
