Telesales Executive

About the Role

Wallstreet Decor is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and generate sales through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads received through Instagram, WhatsApp, Justdial and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements for wallpapers, WPC louvers, PVC panels, UV marble sheets, PU stone, roller blinds and other interior products.
• Explain products, pricing and services clearly to customers.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Schedule site visits / showroom visits wherever required.
• Maintain proper lead records and update follow-up status.
• Convert inquiries into genuine sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation team when required.
• Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with experience in interior, wallpaper, furniture, real estate or related sales will be preferred.
