Job Description

Job Title: TeleSales Executive – B2B Software / CRM (PhoneMistri)

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office / Hybrid)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month + Attractive Performance Incentives / Commission

Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset can also apply)

About the Company:

PhoneMistri is a dedicated CRM and management software built specifically for mobile repair businesses and electronics repair shops to streamline their billing, job-sheet tracking, inventory, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with mobile repair shop owners and technicians via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online demos.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and ROI of the PhoneMistri CRM software.
  • Handle outbound calls on provided leads and generate new prospects through market outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct online product walkthroughs/demos to close software subscription deals.
  • Follow up consistently with free-trial users and convert them into paid active subscribers.
  • Maintain clean records of calls, leads status, and daily conversions in the system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales subscription targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus).
  • Prior experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS/Software product sales is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mobile repair business workflow or general retail billing software is a plus.
  • Comfortable with smartphone apps, web browsers, and conducting basic screen-share demos.
  • Target-driven mindset, positive attitude, and consistent follow-up discipline.
  • Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
