🎯 Job Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate B2B leads, connect with potential clients and promote our IT software and business solutions

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and introduce suitable IT solutions.
• Give an effective product/service pitch and generate interest.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into meetings/sales.
• Handle basic customer objections and queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

✅ Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, inside sales or B2B sales.
• Good English & Hindi communication skills.
• Confident, convincing and customer-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer data/reports.
• Candidates with IT/Software/SaaS/B2B sales experience will be preferred.
