Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, polite, and customer-focused Waiter / Server to join our team at Shree Sai Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and exceptional dining service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

• Key Responsibilities
• Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and assist them with food and beverage recommendations.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve orders promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Table Maintenance: Clear tables, remove dirty plates, glassware, and cutlery, and ensure tables are clean and reset for new guests.
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback gracefully, resolving any issues promptly to ensure a great dining experience.
• Billing & Payments: Assist with preparing bills, processing payments, and operating the cash counter when required.
• Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Maintain personal hygiene, follow food safety guidelines, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with kitchen staff, captains, and fellow servers to ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Waiter or Server in restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry.
• Communication Skills: Good spoken communication skills (local language and basic English/Hindi).
• Customer Service: A pleasant, polite, and welcoming demeanor with a professional attitude.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during shifts.
