Job Description
Site In-Charge (Digitization Project)
Location: District Court, Rajahmundry
Position: Site In-Charge – Digitization
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day digitization activities at the District Court site.
Manage employees and allocate daily work as per project requirements.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and employee performance.
Ensure daily scanning, indexing, and digitization targets are achieved.
Coordinate with court officials and the project management team.
Maintain daily work status, manpower, and productivity reports.
Ensure proper handling and security of court files and documents.
Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly.
Ensure employees follow company and court guidelines.
Monitor scanners, equipment, and other site requirements.
Train and guide employees whenever required.
Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the management.
Requirements:
Any Degree qualification.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Previous experience in site supervision, operations, or digitization projects is preferred.
Ability to manage a team and achieve daily targets.
