Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting work, maintain financial records, handle billing and payment entries, and support the accounts team in daily operations.

Maintain daily accounting entries

Handle purchase and sales billing

Manage payment and receipt entries

Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts

Maintain expense records and petty cash

Prepare basic reports in Excel

Coordinate with internal departments for account-related work

Support GST/TDS and other accounting documentation
