Job Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce & Business Development Executive who can manage daily e-commerce operations, handle customers, generate sales and help grow the business.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, business-minded and willing to take ownership.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart & IndiaMART operations.
- Manage online orders, product listings, inventory and shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries through Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram & Website.
- Handle complaints, returns, refunds and order-related issues.
- Call potential customers and follow up with leads.
- Follow up with old customers and generate repeat sales.
- Develop B2B sales opportunities.
- Manage offers, discounts and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales and identify products/opportunities for growth.
- Support Facebook & Instagram advertising activities.
- Use AI tools to create product images, videos and ad creatives.
- Maintain basic sales and performance reports.

- Comfortable talking to customers and making sales calls.
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Interest in e-commerce, sales and digital marketing.
