Job Description
Inventory Management: Tracking precious metals (gold), gemstones, and finished pieces to prevent loss and manage aging stock.
MIS & Data Reporting: Creating management reports for production volume, sales margins, and Karigar (craftsperson) efficiency using Microsoft Excel or enterprise ERP software.
Purchase & Billing: Processing invoices, maintaining purchase orders, and tracking market rates for raw materials. Quality Assurance Documentation: Maintaining logs for hallmarking and quality control compliance.
Cost Analysis: Analyzing price quotes and negotiating target costs with bullion suppliers and diamond vendors.
Time Management & Multitasking: Balancing multiple daily requests from the factory floor (karigars), sales team, and management.
Internal Coordination: Bridging the gap between front office sales and factory/production teams.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring manufacturing processes follow
